Civil Engineer(s)
Qualifications / Responsibilities

- Bachelor’s degree - Civil Engineering (Land Development experience preferred)
- 4+ years of experience working in Land Development Engineering
- Professional Engineering License (preferred)
- Land Development work includes design of Commercial and Residential site plans, utilities (sanitary and water), stormwater management facilities (BMP), parking and roadways, erosion and sediment control, entrances, etc.
- Expectation is to be able to manage and prepare the necessary construction documents and permitting documents to complete a project from start to finish.
- The ideal candidate will be proficient in planning, modeling, and design of
stormwater management systems.
- Proficiency in HydroCAD and DURMM required
- Management of other staff (including CADD Technicians and designers) will be essential to complete tasks proficiently
Survey Crew Chief (Party Chief)
Qualifications / Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in Field Surveying as a Crew Chief
- Lead field surveying operations for boundary, topographic, construction, and engineering land surveying projects
- Maintain proficiency with the operation of total stations, data collectors, GPS systems, and robotic instruments
- Gather field survey data with a variety of methods: conventional, robotic, Global Positioning System (GPS), etc.
- Prepare field notes & drawings in order to perform complex survey calculations
- Valid Driver’s License and have a clean driving record
- Maintain the ability to work independently as well as part of a small crew (up to 3 people)
CADD Technicians (Drafters / Designers)
Qualifications / Responsibilities:
- 4+ years of experience in AutoCAD Drafting (Civil 3d preferred)
- Person will be expected to contribute to our Site Civil and/or Survey projects
- Perform CAD Drafting utilizing survey field data provided by field crew(s)
- Assist Civil Engineer(s) with preparation of Land Development construction documents (drawings), including site plans, grading, utility, and SWM / E&S plans
- Provide design support to the Civil Engineering Team including area, slope, and volume computations
